black thin line down the middle of her tongue ?

Hi, my 1 year old granddaughter has a black thin line down the middle of her tongue has been like it now for approx a week, we thought at first she may have picked something up and put in her mouth, but not now after so long, does anyone have any thoughts of what this could be? Thanks
