Cat Trouble need enormous help?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

My cat is about 6 years old, she has not eaten anything in days, has not had anything to drink in days, and has not moved in days. I finally got her to come out drink some water. It is extremely hot this time of year and we have fleas. My mom wont get up and drive her to the vet and im seriously think Roxy is going to dye. is there anything I can do to help her other than calling the vetamedics. I recently lost a family member and i really do not want to use another. Please I am balling right now. And yes worried about his cat but i cant get her to the vet right now. Please anything I can do. Oh and she is also shaking sometimes and hunched back head low and curled up awkwardly. I have told my mom that these are painful symptoms and she is too "tired' but hey i need help please.
