Horrible cold?

i feel horrible about one month ago i had a sore throat and then it went away but last night when i turned my head head to the right i felt a pain in the right side of my throat and when i woke up i had clear mucus and a horrible cough and felt really congested and as the day went on i had yellow mucus and now its clear again and earlier i felt really hot anyone have an idea of what is going around or what it could be??
