Is this a good aquarium kit?

I have the Eclipse Corner 5, and it's amazing. Super quiet if you don't have a bubbler in it. The water starts to smell bad after not too long though. I think that's just because it's entirely covered. The filter works great and keeps the water clear. Right now I have three neon tetras and three glowlight tetras. They all fit quite well, but I'm getting more soon and upgrading to a bigger tank.
