Help me please, I'm freaking out!?

Ok, I smoke cigars but the first day I noticed this after my last cigar, my throat was hurting. After the day ped my throat was still hurting some and stuff. The next day my throat wasn't hurting as bad, but I started getting a runny nose, and sneezing. Then as the day ped, I started getting congested in my chest (still sneezing and runny nose). Next day (today) I'm coughing up green phlegm, it's hard to breathe, I CAN take deep breathes, My nose is runny, I'm somewhat sneezing. What could the problem be? Thanks.
