Ive got a termite problem in NC. Now what?

I think unless you could prove that the previous owner knew there were termites (and this should have been caught with an inspection, and if you are living in an area of the country that is prone to termites, you should have spared no expense to do an indepth inspection) you are going to have to pay to get them eradicated.
