I am trying to find a book of short stories with gruesome/twisted endings by various authors ?

My english teacher had this book and we would read selected stories out of it each cl period. I don't know what it was called but it had lots of great stories. One of my favorite stories was about a cannibal who ate his wife while on vacation with a special sauce called num numo. Another was about two men who loved to hunt but one was all about the "thrill of the chase" and decided to hunt his guest who he invited because he felt that animals were too predictable. He wanted to hunt more intelligent humans who didn't act only on instinct. There are many other great stories in this book by various authors. Please help me find it!!!
